ORDER PROCESSING TIMEFRAME

Orders typically ship 1 - 2 business days after they are placed, so you don't have to make your dog wait too long! We don’t ship on non-business days or holidays. After a holiday weekend, sale, or a new product launch, our team may need a couple extra days to catch up on packing.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

• Expedited US shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 11am EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am EST will ship the next business day.
• Standard US shipping typically takes 1 - 5 business days.
• Overnight US shipping typically takes 1 business day. Orders placed before 11am EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am EST will ship the next business day.
• Standard International shipping* typically takes 10 - 20 business days, but can take longer depending on your countries' customs processes. 
• Expedited International shipping typically takes 2-6 business days, but can take longer depending on your countries' customs processes. Orders placed before 11am EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am EST will ship the next business day.

• Expedited - FedEx 2Day or USPS Priority
• Overnight - FedEx Standard Overnight

• Standard/Free - DHL or FedEx Intl Connect will transport the package to your country's customs office. Your local postal carrier will deliver your package once it clears customs.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Wilderdog does not collect VAT, duties, customs or taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. VAT, duties, customs or taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and charges due upon delivery are the buyer's responsibility.
