SHIPPING LOCATIONS & ORIGIN
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Sacramento, CA.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping before 8am PST/PDT will ship the same day or next business day. During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
ORDER EDITS
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wilderdog.com. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, including updates to shipping addresses or order details. However, once your shipping confirmation email has been sent, changes cannot be guaranteed.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
United States:
- Free/Standard - USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx Home/Ground
- Expedited - FedEx 2Day or USPS Priority
- Overnight - FedEx Standard Overnight
International:
- Free/Standard - DHL or FedEx Intl Connect will transport the package to your country's customs office. Your local postal carrier will deliver your package once it clears customs.
- Expedited - FedEx Intl Priority
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country. None of these fees are included in Wilderdog's shipping cost at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary significantly depending on customs processing within your country.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided directly by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Wilderdog is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our direct control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Wilderdog is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to errors made during the checkout process. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@wilderdog.com. While we will do our absolute best to assist you, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Wilderdog is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file an official claim.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
