Regardless of location, all customers have the option to choose regular shipping or expedited. US customers will also have the option to choose overnight delivery. All US orders are shipped out via USPS or FedEx. International orders are shipped out via FedEx or DHL.
All US orders over $60 - and all international orders over $75 - ship for free*! Otherwise you'll see live rates at checkout.
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. Wilderdog does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These charges due upon delivery are the buyer's responsibility as we only charge a transportation fee for your order. Please reach out to your country's customs office to determine if there will be additional costs!
Order Processing Time
Orders typically ship out within 1 - 2 business days of ordering, so you don't have to make your dog wait too long. After a holiday weekend or a new product launch we might need a couple more days to catch up with orders.
- Standard US shipping typically takes 1 - 5 business days. USPS is our carrier for Standard US shipping.
- Expedited US shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 11am EST will ship the same day. Order placed after 11am EST will ship the next business day. FedEx is our carrier for Expedited US shipping.
- Standard International shipping typically takes 7 - 14 business days, but can take longer depending on your countries' customs processes. DHL is our carrier for Standard Intl shipping.
- Expedited International shipping typically takes 2-6 business days, but can take longer depending on your countries' customs processes. FedEx is our carrier for Expedited Intl shipping.
A tip for our International Customers: When you check your DHL tracking page, please click 'DETAILS' and take note of the tracking number beneath "Delivery by _________". This is your secondary tracking number! As soon as your package clears customs, you can use your new tracking number to view detailed updates on the website of the indicated postal carrier.
