We back all of our products with a lifetime warranty - as long as you use our gear like you would use any other dog gear! Our lifetime warranty covers all manufacturing defects. Please review the conditions below before submitting your request.

Our lifetime warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage caused by chewing, improper care, improper use or storage, cleaning, accidents, minimal wear and tear or product modifications
• Products acquired from aftermarket sources or private sellers such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.
• Improper fit - Pups are all different shapes and sizes; if it is not a good fit please initiate a return or exchange here within 30 days of receiving and in brand new condition.
