Returns and Exchanges
If your dog doesn't like their gear, or if they’d like a different size/color, you can get a refund or exchange in just 3 easy steps:

Read our guidelines and make sure each item qualifies before sending it in

In the portal, initiate your return or exchange

Carefully pack up your item(s) and ship the package back to us

If you are in the US, print your $7 return label and attach it to your package

If you are outside the US, please follow the instructions in the portal to ship your package back to us. Wilderdog is not responsible for items lost in transit back to the warehouse.
Once your package is received and processed, you’ll receive an email with your refund or tracking info when we ship your exchange with free shipping.
Return & Exchange Guidelines

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of order delivery.

Items must be returned in new condition - they cannot be used, furry, smelly, dirty, altered or damaged in any way.

If the item appears to have a manufacturer defect, please submit a warranty claim here

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Be sure to send back any cardboard hang tags or labels.

For items that do not meet the conditions listed above, a refund or exchange will not be issued and we’ll send an email notifying you of next steps. The items will not be shipped back to you. One of the following will occur:

Item(s) will be considered for Second Tracks Exchange and if approved, you will receive an email with your store credit

If item(s) are damaged or unsellable, we will donate them or recycle as necessary

Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed once received.

If you are returning a gift, make sure you have your order number.

If your order is outside the 30 day window, head over to Second Tracks and earn store credit for qualifying items.
